By accessing or using the Beauty4Us platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, and other users of the Service.
Beauty4Us provides online educational courses focused on eyelash extensions, nail art, and beauty techniques. The Service includes video lessons, downloadable resources, instructor help sessions, and digital certificates of completion. Courses are delivered through our online platform at beauty4us.se and associated web applications.
To access courses, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to register.
Course fees are displayed in Euros (€) and are charged at the time of enrolment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any change will not affect courses you have already purchased. VAT or applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at support@beauty4us.se. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bundle purchases are refunded in full only if no course within the bundle has been substantially accessed.
All course content — including videos, written materials, images, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of Beauty4Us or its licensed instructors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the content for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; record, screenshot, or redistribute course videos; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Digital certificates of completion are issued upon successfully finishing a course. Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute a professional licence or accreditation unless explicitly stated. Beauty4Us reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that course requirements were not genuinely met.
Live instructor help sessions are available to enrolled students subject to availability. Sessions must be booked in advance. Beauty4Us reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future session bookings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty4Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational purposes; results may vary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
